Villa Layla is a modern project designed by ‘Standard by Kayan’ with an effort to maximize the space available and cater to a large family. Located in Dasma, a neighborhood close to Kuwait City, Villa Layla offers five master bedrooms and parking within its plot for four cars. The first and second floors hold the bedrooms and have their own sala areas, guest bathrooms, and kitchenettes. The ground floor has spacious living and dining areas overlooking the private pool deck. These areas are serviced by the main kitchen which includes its own pantry area for extra storage. The diwaniya in the basement has its own entrance and is serviced by its own kitchen. The basement also includes two driver’s rooms with their own kitchenettes. The rooftop offers an outdoor deck for the residents to enjoy the views as well as female staff quarters and laundry room. All the floors are serviced by a spacious elevator. The ground floor is also surrounded by a wheelchair accessible service walkway that provides access to the parking, main entrance, elevator lobby, main kitchen, and swimming pool deck.
